For the safety, environmental protection, and clean production requirements of oil and petrochemical enterprises, through the chemical hot washing agents co-developed by our unit, dilution and heating treatment are carried out to achieve the dissolution, decomposition, and dilution of pollutants such as oil sludge, oil wax, oil asphalt, and oil resin. Thus, the effects of eliminating oil pollution, recovering crude oil, and cleaning production materials and equipment are achieved.
Pre-treatment/Conditioning (optional): Remove mechanical impurities from the oil sludge and adjust the oil sludge to an appropriate fluidity.
Chemical Hot Washing Process: Efficient agents remove oil and water from the oil sludge, and some oil sludge can be directly hot washed to meet standards.
Low-Temperature Separation Process: Remove water and oil that are difficult to separate from the solids, with the solid residue containing less than 10% water and less than 2%, or even less than 0.03% oil, as needed.
